Summer Programs

Relationship with Christ is a lifelong and yearlong process. Our childrens’ summer schedule can provide some special ways they can grow closer to Christ and serving others. Mary, Mother of the Church offers 2 summer programs to enrich the faith.

Summer Stretch

  • What is Summer Stretch?
A service and recreation summer program that seeks to form disciples and challenges youth to live out their faith within the community.

  • Who is it for?
Summer Stretch is open to all middle school students who have completed grades 6-12 in the upcoming  academic year. Look for more information on our summer programs in the bulletin and the email Mary Messenger.

  • Volunteers Needed for Summer Programs
Please contact or the parish office to help.

Totus Tuus

  • What is Totus Tuus?
TOTUS TUUS (Latin for Totally Yours) is a fun and energetic parish based summer catechetical program, for both grade school age children and junior and senior high school youth. We gather together college students and seminarians onto teams of four in order to train them and send them out on the road to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ in various parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Their youthfulness, energy, and ability to witness to the faith make our teachers particularly effective with children and young people.
