The Lord, Renew Your Church campaign has been administered by a third-party agency named CCS. Their staff have been vetted and are working from the archdiocesan offices through the final wave of the campaign. They have worked with many archdioceses and parishes in the past.
The campaign uses a payment processor located in Kensington, CT.

Each quarter funds are distributed to the parish. In an effort to ensure every dollar raised for the campaign supports the scope of work that was laid out in our local case, quarterly distributions will go to a bank account that is independent of our operations account, and dedicated solely to the campaign. The trustees, finance council, and an ad hoc facilities committee will all be included in the execution of the campaign efforts and our parish business administrator will manage the project coordination with architects, designers, and general contractors as needed).
