Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care at Mary Mother is about building relationships based on empathy and genuine care for others while fostering a sense of belonging and connection within our community.
Our pastoral care ministers are individuals who want to share their love and compassion for their Catholic brothers and sisters who may be feeling lonely and isolated, dealing with an illness, unable to leave their home, caring for loved ones needs, grieving a personal loss or facing what seems to be unsurmountable challenges.
Health Care Ministries:
Volunteers lend support to Masses, lead Communion Services and bring the Eucharist to Ebenezer Ridges,
Eagan Pointe Senior Living, Care Free Living, Emerald Crest, and The Rivers.
Homebound Ministries:
Volunteers meet, one on one, bringing the Eucharist to individuals who are homebound, ill, hospitalized, or recovering from surgery in their homes or at Fairview Ridges Hospital.
Stephen Ministry:
Mary, Mother parishioners who are trained to listen, care, encourage, and provide spiritual and emotional support for parishioners and community members experiencing life’s difficult challenges.
Support Group Ministries:
Groups that lend personal support and a compassionate ear to parishioners.
- Care Giver Support: Support for those giving care to a loved one’s physical and emotional needs.
